Exchange / Return - You can exchange the products purchased from us up to 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment (an item at a discount can be exchanged within 5 days). Shipping cost for product exchange 25 NIS 

This is on the assumption that the product has not been used, it is not damaged and will be returned with the labels attached in its original packaging. We will arrange a courier for you for a replacement at a cost of NIS 25 or you can return it yourself at no cost to the warehouses on Allenby 119 Tel Aviv.

 

After receiving and checking the item and that it has indeed not been used, we will send you a coupon code with the full amount for the purchase on the website (excluding shipping if paid )
 
Refund: If you have notified of your desire to coordinate a shipment within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. It is possible to receive a financial credit in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, with a deduction of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
